Introducing Artbikes
We are excited to present 13 Artbikes into the GREENbike system. The Artbikes are an exciting way to share art from outstanding artists around Salt Lake City with our riders and residents. GREENbike features art on 13 e-bikes that will be initially showcased at the following Gallery locations: Modern West Gallery, Phillips Gallery, A Gallery, 15th Street Gallery, and Material Gallery.
“We are so excited to support some of our amazing local artists by featuring their work on our GREENbike e-bikes,” says Stan Penfold, GREENbike Executive Director. “This fun project puts local art ‘on the street’ as riders can check out any of these unique e-bikes from one of our 51 stations in Salt Lake City.”
GREENbike looks forward to partnering with these artists to promote their work and to share it around Salt Lake City. GREENbike's mission is to bridge people and places through providing an affordable, healthy, and locally focused bike share system. In doing so, we reduce vehicle congestion, improve Utah air quality, and promote a vibrant community spirit.
